By creating an account, signing an engagement, or using any CommerciaX service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific addenda. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

CommerciaX collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing. We treat client data as confidential and do not use it to train public models.

• CommerciaX and all related materials, including logos, designs, trademarks, product names, and content, are owned by CommerciaX Infotech Pvt Ltd or our licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CommerciaX content without our express written consent.
• Deliverables produced for a paid client engagement are licensed to the client per the signed statement of work.

CommerciaX services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or reliability of third-party platforms and their data-handling practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

• Service and product fees are specified in your engagement, order form, or pricing page.
• Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
• Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• Subscription products auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Outputs generated by CommerciaX AI systems (including Neweb.ai, Fonda.co, and bespoke deliverables) may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. CommerciaX does not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

CommerciaX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@commerciax.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommerciaX, its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you to CommerciaX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
