How do you define a "Sprint"?
A Sprint is a fixed weekly outcome — a production-ready module, integration, or agent. Week one ships a working prototype; every following week compounds with deployed modules under evals and SLAs.
What tech stack do you support?
Stack-agnostic. AWS / GCP / Azure · React / Next.js / Python / Node.js · Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks. Our AI layer sits on top of your existing tools — no rip-and-replace.
How fast can you start?
Typically within 7–10 business days of signing. Employee Pods start in 10 days; custom AI builds in 2–3 weeks; SaaS Product Studio kickoffs within 14 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. We sign mutual NDAs before the scoping call if requested, and keep client data confidential by default.
Pricing & billing
How does payment work?
Project-based for fixed scopes, sprint retainers for ongoing work, and product licenses for Neweb.ai & Fonda.co. Invoices are net-15 unless specified otherwise. We accept USD, INR, EUR, GBP, and AED.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Most services have a two-sprint minimum so we can ship meaningful outcomes. Employee Pods are month-to-month with a 30-day notice.
All work happens in client-controlled environments. We do not retain data after the engagement and do not use client data to train public models. SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant on request.
Can you integrate with existing enterprise systems securely?
Absolutely — integration is core to what we do. We deploy in your approved cloud, never retain data, and work with your security team from day one.
Products (Neweb.ai & Fonda.co)
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — Neweb.ai Pro and Scale plans support custom domains with automatic HTTPS. Free plan uses a Neweb.ai subdomain.
Does Fonda.co learn from my data?
Fonda uses your data to personalize its responses for you only. We do not use customer data to train shared or public models.
Do you offer self-hosted / on-prem?
Enterprise plans support on-prem deployments for regulated industries. Ask sales for a scoped quote.
